Clafoutis

Wash and hull 700 g of cherries.In a bowl , beat 2 eggs in an omelette.Add 100 g sugar and salt and mix for five minutes.Add 100g flour and half a packet of baking soda.
Gradually add 25 g of melted butter and milk .Butter a gratin dish and arrange the cherries in the dish.Pour the mixture over the cherries and bake in the oven for 45 minutes (180°)
