Pâté aux pommes de terre =French pie with potatoes and cream by Antoine

In a bowl put flour , butter , lukewarm water and salt .Put the lid on and shake the mixture: your dough is ready.
Put the mixture on the table with a lot of flour and spread it out.Garnish the mould .Preheat your oven (180°)
Wash,peel and cut potatoes .Put the potatoes in the mould and cover with the rest of the pastry.Make a hole in the middle of the top pastry and put in the oven for one hour.Put some cream in the hole.
